From the Encodement Formulator

Now, dear ones, we are going to talk about the energy structures called encodements. For those who have read Change Your Encodements, Your DNA ,Your Life, you are familiar with encodements and how to work with them. For others, I wish to give some general information about encodements. I will then introduce you to what you may call the head of the encodement team. Know that we do not work with hierarchy on this side of the earth plane; however, everyone has responsibilities. Everyone works as a true team. There are those who do know more than others. You will hear from the one whose passion is setting the energy for incarnations and life on a physical plane. Encodements are a major aspect of this.
You will be able to use the information on encodements to release energies that have been altered because of various wounds; in other words, they will help you forgive. There are encodements that can be changed that will assist you to move in a different direction with your life. There are some encodements that cannot be changed. These are the encodements that could be similar to what you would call DNA. There are certain DNA structures that cannot change and that you do not want to change. For instance, and I say this with a smile, you are human and the DNA and encodements which make you human you will want to keep.
I turn you over now to whom I refer to as the Master Formulator of encodements. Although this one I speak through picks up the energy as “he,” there is no gender as we do not live in duality. Enjoy the conversation.
The Formulator:
I come to you in great joy! I am delighted and honored to be asked to speak with you directly about the work that I do. My name is not one you could write. It is a collection of sounds and colors. You may just call me The Formulator. For those who are not able to sense my energy, I say that with great glee. I like that – The Formulator. Many of you who read this want to find your passion. I am doing my passion. You have asked where I am from. I’m from the same place you are. I am from Love. I am an expression of Love. When all of you were expressed by Love and decided to come down to various planets, you needed assistance in formulating your energy so that you would forget that you were infinite. You actually wanted to forget that you were the very essence of Love and could create anything you wanted. You may say, “Why would I want to do that?” Well, you wanted to create a different experience. You wanted to play what your children play -Let’s Pretend. Whereas your children remember who they are, you wanted to play Let’s Pretend with almost no memory of who you truly are. You wanted to forget you were Love. You wanted to forget you were infinite. Would you believe you had great joy and laughter when you were developing this experience? So you needed someone to help you. And I, out of the same expression of Love from which you came, decided that I would help you.
I am the one who gets everything ready for you to play Let’s Pretend. There are others who have also chosen to work with encodements. Just as you have a set of guides who are aspects of yourself, you also have a team of encodement technicians who work with me and specifically with you. They are also aspects of yourself. Because so much encodement work is being done in an intentional manner, there are others who have now decided to become trained as encodement technicians. I am, as I stated, the overseer of all encodement work done. There are teams of beings who specialize. Some work with other planets. Some work with animals. Others work with humans. You have the same core team that works with you throughout your incarnation. Many will work with you through various incarnations. Just as sometimes your guides change, your encodement technicians may also change. As you work with your team, you may note there are times when more technicians are present. These additional ones are often apprentices with their teacher. As I speak of this, you may form a hierarchical structure in your mind. There is truly no hierarchy. There are simply levels of knowledge and responsibility. As I have stated, I am what you would call the overseer of all those who work with encodements. There are other encodement masters who work with specialized teams in specialized areas. There are also specific encodement teams who work with you. The assignment of who they work with is simply done by choice or preference. Just as you are attracted to the energies of certain people, they are also.
Most of you know what I’m about to say, but let me review it. You came down into this experience of Let’s Pretend for a certain purpose. Everyone has a goal, a list of experiences they would like to accomplish in their game of Let’s Pretend. It is because there are so very many experiences, almost an infinite amount since an infinite being has infinite creativity, that you needed certain structures to assist you in doing what you wanted to do. You decided to be this being you call human. You decided that this thing called human would be limited. Those of you reading this decided you wanted to play another game called Rediscovery. This is the game in which you rediscover who you truly are – an infinite, creative being. Most of the people on your planet are not playing this latter game. They are simply playing the Let’s Pretend game.
Now, for encodements. They are energy structures that provide a framework for the architecture of your life on this planet. Most of you have seen pictures of the grid and you have perhaps noticed certain energy points at intersections on the grid. Encodements are similar to the grid’s energy points. You have energy points or encodements that, first of all, define you as what you call human. You have a body that is inter-dimensional as it interacts with the essence of who you are. Many of you call that essence your spiritual nature. Some of you refer to that as a connection to your I Am Presence. Still others in other traditions call it grace. It really does not matter what the term is.
You have encodements for gender. Yes, there are those who have encodements for what some people consider the grave disorder of not knowing what gender you are. You have encodements for what it is you want to do in your life – your profession. Realize that before you incarnated, you set up the types of experiences you wished to have. Then you decided what it is you were going to “learn.” Remember, you are an infinite being. There truly is nothing to learn. But you planned to forget. So what you now call learning is actually remembering. Re-membering. Putting yourself back to yourself. Connecting yourself back to the essence of who you truly are. Once you decided the experience or the remembering that you would have, there needed to be a plan on how to get to that place. Almost all of you decided to have something happen that convinced you even further you were limited and powerless. Those are what you call hurts or wounds. You wanted to re-member that there was nothing that could hurt you, that you were all just playing Let’s Pretend.
Those of you reading this have decided to re-member your infinity.
You wish to know how to connect in the fullest way to what you call spirit. You struggle with what is your “life path.” I watch you with great joy at how well you are playing Let’s Pretend. You actually set up the struggle about finding your life path as something onerous and difficult. You forgot that you are on your life path. There is no way you cannot be on it. You have encodements, energy structures, which programmed this forgetting into you.
Let me give you more information about encodements. As I do this, I want to remind you that encodements are all part of Let’s Pretend. They are like the wardrobe closet that actors have where they can choose what garments they will wear to put them in the role they are playing. I am now going to speak of encodements as if they were real. What I mean is that, as infinite beings you need no encodements but to play Let’s Pretend. you need a wardrobe and a script.
Let’s talk about types of encodements. The basic ones are natural and artificial. Later I will talk about different types of natural encodements. You actually only need to know about the two basic types. Natural encodements are those developed for you to play the game of Let’s Pretend. As an analogy, the natural encodements are the garments pulled out of the wardrobe closet. If you decided to work as an accountant, you would wear the garments of that profession. If you decided to be a gardener, you would wear the garments of a gardener. The encodements set the energy to be either a gardener or an accountant, or whatever profession you have chosen. An entire array of encodements is given to you as you incarnate. They are developed before you incarnate and gradually become active with what you call conception. You have encodements that will allow your development beginning from conception until death.
Most of you have encodements which allow for the natural unfolding of growth from one cell to a whole, healthy infant. Others of you have encodements which alter the development in the womb so there is what you might call a birth defect. Whichever way your encodements have been set is according to your plan for the experience of Let’s Pretend.
You have natural encodements that attract you to certain people. You also have a multitude of encodements which say, “Do not recognize” for particular individuals. Natural encodements are active as you learn to walk, go to school, socialize, get married or not, and so on.
Some of you have encodements for a particular profession or what you might call your life path. For instance, one who has decided to play Let’s Pretend with animals, will demonstrate an affinity with animals from infancy. There are others, however, who decided they wanted many options and have encodements for many choices of what they would do in life. These encodements become active depending upon events that occur in a person’s life.
As I continue my discussion about encodements
I must talk about them in a linear fashion. There is no way that I can demonstrate to you the complexity of interaction of your encodements with those of anther person. Suffice to say that all is inter-dimensional and interdependent with your environment. What I mean by this is that an interaction with someone may activate, deactivate or damage certain natural encodements. That interaction results in a chain reaction within yourself and, in most cases, with the other person.
The other encodements I wish to speak of are called artificial encodements. These are energy structures that enter into your encodement system due to the energies known as feelings or emotions that come from either yourself or someone else. For example, you have encodements established according to your particular plan of Let’s Pretend that give you options on how you will respond to certain events. If you take three people and each experienced being kicked in the shin, you may have three different reactions. One may scream “Ow” and hit you. Another may scream “Ow” and run away. And the other may just look at you. What determines these reactions? It is a combination of their natural encodements (how they planned to react in certain instances) and artificial encodements (the emotions or feelings from previous events).
Artificial encodements are energies that can come from planned events in your life. In other words, you may have set up a scene in the Let’s Pretend of your life in which you were kicked in the shin. Previous to that event, there were other events in which you had emotional reactions. These emotions created energies which took form in you in what I call “artificial encodements.” Some may refer to them as “thought forms.” Your reaction to being kicked in the shin depends upon what events you created before you were kicked in the shin. There is an interaction between the past events, which created artificial encodements, the natural encodements you were born with, and the current event. This is just a small example of the complexity of the field of encodements.
Let me give a simple example of how to work with encodements. Perhaps you have anger issues in your life. Let’s select anger at not getting what you want when you want it. Through self reflection, you realize this stance is interfering with peace in your life. You would proceed by entering your heart chakra from the back. I wish to say that this is the easiest way in which to do this work when you first begin. As you gain experience in working with your encodement technicians, you will be able to access them any time you wish.
When first learning the process, you will be assisted by being in a light meditative state. This is accomplished by entering your heart center from the back. Have in mind what you wish to accomplish – in this case, releasing the anger that impedes peace in your life. Ask the encodement technicians to be with you. Tell them what you wish to accomplish. Ask them if there are any artificial encodements which are contributing to your problem. If the answer is yes, and it is almost always, ask them what the consequences would be of removing or deactivating those artificial encodements. You ask about consequences because there is a reaction to whatever you choose to do. Removing or deactivating artificial encodements changes the energy within you. Any change in energy effects a change in every system within you. Some are very apparent; some are so subtle as to go unnoticed. You may decide whether or not the consequences are acceptable. If they are, ask that the artificial encodements be removed or deactivated. The encodement technicians themselves will know whether to remove or deactivate them. There is no need for you to be concerned about what is done.
After you have worked with the artificial encodements, then you will want to find out if any natural encodements were damaged or altered. Remember, natural encodements, for the most part, are the encodements you were born with. Energy can damage or alter these encodements. If you hit a clock, the force may change the time on that clock. If you drop a glass, the force may shatter the glass. The energy in your life can provide a force that may damage or alter natural encodements. In many cases, you would like this to be repaired. Simply ask the encodement technicians if there are any damaged or altered encodements interfering with the achievement of your goals. Again, ask what the consequences would be if they were repaired. If they are acceptable to you, ask that the repairs be made.
The earlier the artificial encodements came in, the greater the complexity of the repairs. If an artificial encodement enters your system when you are in the womb and you are now 48, there have been 48 years of building upon that artificial encodement (this also applies to natural encodements). When you do encodement work 48 years or so later, the changes in the energy field need to be done on a gradual basis. Usually, you do not need to concern yourself with this process. The encodement technicians know how and in what order and in what timeframe to do their work. There are times you may not notice the changes for months or even years after you have asked. This is especially true of changes that occur on the cellular level, including your DNA. You humans – and I say this with great delight – are so impulsive in your Let’s Pretend that you may not even connect the changes in your life with the request you made months or years earlier. The earlier the damage to the encodements or the introduction of artificial encodements, the greater the consequences of the repair work.
If an artificial encodement when you were very young resulted in your placing an energetic wall between your heart and other people, having that artificial encodement removed some 30 years later can be overwhelming. If the encodement technicians tell you that you will be overwhelmed with energy, you can ask them to do their work in such a way to make the process more gradual. They can do this, by the way. It is important for you to ask.
You are the one responsible for your life.
As I say that, however, there is a qualification. Your higher self is the one in control of what happens. Remember, your higher self has the entire script with all the alternative scenes and endings. You will find it much easier if you will accept the direction of your higher self. Your resistance to such direction creates additional artificial encodements. You have heard it said, “Thy will be done,” “Go with the flow,” “Let go and let God” – all of these refer to your allowing your higher self, which is in complete connection with your I Am Presence, to direct your Let’s Pretend play.
For those who feel motivated for a complete change in your life path, you may need new natural encodements either activated or formulated within you. If you have a desire for a particular direction in your life, ask your encodement technicians if there are natural encodements not yet active which, when activated, would assist you in your desire. If they say there are no such natural encodements available for this purpose, ask them if they would formulate a new set of natural encodements. If your higher self is in agreement, your encodement team will do so. Be sure and ask if there are any artificial encodements interfering with the attainment of this goal. If your desire is not made manifest, then there is something your higher self knows which you do not. You will find your life much easier if you place yourself in the hands of your higher self.
Let me give you some fun things you can do with encodements. When you are traveling over time zones, ask you encodement technicians to adjust your encodements for the new time zone. You might also ask them to make any temporary encodement changes to assist you with being in a new culture or driving on a different side of the road or digesting a different type of food. If you are having difficulty learning or assimilating information, you may inquire about artificial or natural encodements. Some may need to be repaired or activated in certain situations.
Encodement work can be very beneficial in the area of grief. Remember that any loss involves grief. Those of you who hold onto grief much longer than the norm often have a natural encodement still active for that individual or situation. After working with the encodement technicians regarding artificial encodements, ask them if there is a natural encodement still active that is no longer needed. You may ask the encodement technicians to deactivate that encodement.
Within the overall category of natural encodements, there are sub-categories. These pertain to trans-dimensional encodements which are concerned with other lifetimes and parallel lives. There are also inner-galactic encodements connecting you to the various planets you have visited. Everything has encodements. The planet has encodements; the sun has encodements; what you call black holes have encodements. Your energy interacts with the encodements of everything surrounding you. Everything is inter-related. Everything and everyone are inter-connected. Artificial encodements can also be placed within the planet. These often hold anger, hatred and fear in the planet’s grid. Some of you will feel called to work with the planet’s artificial encodements. Follow much the same process as with your own encodements with the addition of connecting to the energy of the planet.
The activation, deactivation, removal and alignment of encodements can occur whenever you do healing work. You do not need to work consciously with the encodement technicians. They are always in communication with your higher self and make changes as needed. Those of you who work as healing facilitators may be asking if you can work with the encodements of others. When someone has come to you for the purpose of healing, they have given you permission to work with them in these areas. It is not necessary for them to know about encodements and their encodement technician team. What you may do is simply connect with their encodement team and ask the team to facilitate appropriate changes in encodements as you work with that individual. It is that simple. You may, of course, teach anyone this process.
